Josh Kesler
Josh became the founding pastor of The Well established on September 13, 2009. Josh has a bachelor's degree from Huntington University in Theater and also holds a Masters degree in Pastoral Ministries From Huntington University. Josh does not have the talent or looks to be a world class Rock Star or professional athlete but he has the heart of both. Josh has a beautiful wife Molly. Together they have 2 girls, Lily Mae born in 1999 and Maisy Jane who joined them in 2002. Prior to planting The Well, Josh was the Sr. Pastor of Good Shepherd UB Church. Before moving to Indiana in 2008, Josh was the Pastor of Men's Ministry at Eagle Brook Church in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. Josh and his family were in Minnesota for 3 years and prior to that he was the Sr. Pastor at Bethel UB Church in Elmore, Ohio.

Pastor of Communications and Worship
Marvin McNew
Marvin has been attending The Well since January 2010. He has been involved in worship ministry and leadership for over 10 years. Prior to attending The Well, he was the Contemporary Worship Leader at College Park Church and an adjunct faculty member at Huntington University for the music department. He holds a bachelor's degree in Music Education from Huntington University and is currently putting the finishing touches on his master's degree in Young Adult Education at Huntington. Although his dream career is to be a professional studio hand clapper, he is excited to be working with an amazing team of talented artists and Josh.

CHILDREN'S COORDINATOR
Kelli Moore
We are excited to announce that we have recently hired Kelli Moore as the Children's Ministry Coordinator. Kelli brings years of experience in children's ministry as well as being a mom to Lily and Annie. She admits to sometimes to being a mom to her husband Jon. Kelli and her family have been a part of the Well since the fall of 2010 and have established themselves as an integral part of the Ministry in that time. We know that Kelle will continue to provide the excellent children's ministry that has become a staple of who we are as a church. On another note, Kelli has a tattoo of Bill Gaither on her right bicep. Feel free to ask her about it.

OFFICE MANAGER
Kim Chapman
Kim is married to her husband, Charlie, who works at Ford Meter Box in Wabash, IN as an Advertising Manager. They have one son, Christopher who lives in Chicago and works for IBM. Kim and her husband are members of College Park United Brethren Church. Kim prefers Neil Diamond, but will listen to Barry Manilow in a pinch and she also secretly has a crush on Phillips, Craig and Dean. Kim loves her role as Office Manager of The Well, established September 13, 2009. Among her many hobbies include keeping Pastors in line and deadlines met. (She is passionate about her hobbies!)

COORDINATOR OF COMPASSION AND CARE
Jim Hippensteel
Jim has been with The Well since the beginning. Over the years Jim has shown to be a man with a heart for God and people. This makes him the perfect person to help with the needs of the people of The Well. Jim has an amazing wife... Jim is married to a caring and compassionate... Jim's wife is named Kelly. Together they have a wonderful daughter Taylor who is a Sr. at Huntington North High School. There is a fourth member of the family named Precious, don't tell Taylor or Kelly it's a dog. They won't believe you anyways and it will save you personal physical harm. We love them all, Precious included and are glad to have Jim working with us.
